Ice Cream vs. Brownies

Who doesn't like ice cream and brownies? Ice cream is a perfect treat for those hot summers while a warm brownie is good for cold winters. Ice cream has so many flavors. Chocolate,vanilla,strawberry,mint chocolate chip,smores are only some ice cream flavors. For brownies there are chocolate,vanilla,dark chocolate,and maybe more. But this isn't a war between flavors. This is war between Ice cream and Brownies! so what would you prefer? Ice cream or Brownies?

What I am going to blog about

Hello! My name is Angela Rivera and I am a Junior at Tarpon Springs High. I am  in Jacobson's Culinary Arts Academy at my school. I think food is a gift from God! It is so delicious and it has a wonderful aroma. The dishes I like to make are Dumplings,Flan,cakes,and more. This year I will be learning about service,POS system,knife cuts,food blogging,and much more. The blogs that I will be doing in the future will be all about food. I've never done blogs before so I think this will be a fun experience. I think food is a good topic to blog about because there are so many dishes to talk about. There will be two types of food against each other (Food Fights! is an example). Like Pepsi vs. Coke but this will be food vs. food. It would be interesting to have two dishes or meals up against each other. Since everyone likes different foods, they can tell people what they think about the blog. And you can even vote on what you chose. If you have any suggestions on what I should blog about (ex. Lobster vs. Crab),I would be happy to read your suggestions!

Pizza vs. Hamburgers

    Pizza and Hamburgers. Probably America's two favorite foods. Some people like the hot melting cheese that stretches as you pull it from the pie while others like that nice,warm,juicy beef patty on a warm toasted bun with the works. Mmmmm! Yet there are many different types of pizza styles and hamburgers. We have from deep dish from chicago to thin crust in New york City. Now burger these days are made several different ways. If you want a nice juicy burger then your best bet would go to a fmaous burger joint. Now for pizza, your on your own since there is hundreds of places that make pizza several different ways. Now its up to you whether or not you want a savory cheesburger or a deep dish chicago style pizza.... YOU CHOOSE!
